Ronnie Shou is an associate who focuses her practice on commercial and employment litigation. She externed for the Honorable A. James Robertson in San Francisco Superior Court and was a law clerk with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office Code Enforcement Team and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Ms. Shou received her B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego and graduated cum laude from UC Hastings College of the Law. Ms. Shou was a National Quarterfinalist and Best Oralist at the Evan A. Evans Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition and won the Best Brief award for the Regional National Moot Court Competition. Ms. Shou also served as an editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal and a Senior Notes Editor for the Constitutional Law Quarterly. Additionally, she was the first Internal Vice President of the UC Hastings Chapter of Ms. JD, an organization dedicated to advancing women in the legal profession.
