A boutique law firm located in downtown San Francisco near Montgomery BART station is looking for a full-time Paralegal. This position provides direct support to the Firm’s President, office Administrator, and attorneys. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of working experience as a paralegal. This person should also have a thorough knowledge of legal terminology, legal principles, practices and research techniques. He/She is expected to be able to assist our legal team with calendaring, court filings, online legal research, document productions, and preparing shell documents for pleadings, discovery, motions and other documents as needed. This role requires an individual to be able to efficiently multi-task, be detail and results-oriented, and have excellent organization and time management skills. The person must have good interpersonal skills, be punctual and reliable.
