Jean Sedlak is a Senior Counsel at Davis Wang. Ms. Sedlak focuses her practice primarily on employment and complex commercial litigation matters. Ms. Sedlak has represented clients in a variety of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, and ERISA class actions, PAGA representative actions, and in individual employee actions involving claims of wrongful termination, all forms of alleged discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation, and in whistleblower actions.
Ms. Sedlak has also successfully represented clients in other types of complex litigation cases, including in breach of contract, TCPA, data breach, consumer, and nursing home class actions. Ms. Sedlak has litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout the country, and is admitted to the State Bar of California, the State Bar of New York, the Northern and Central Districts of California, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
