Courtney Rogerson focuses her practice on commercial and employment litigation and counseling. She is experienced in handling a broad range of cases involving employment, contract, securities, antitrust, real estate, and construction disputes from the pre-litigation stage through appellate review. Ms. Rogerson has successfully defended single plaintiff and class action matters in federal and state court, before administrative agencies, and in private arbitration and mediation.
Ms. Rogerson also has extensive experience conducting confidential workplace investigations, including into allegations of sexual harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, abusive conduct, retaliation, and whistleblowing allegations. She has investigated highly-sensitive and/or complex allegations on behalf of employers of a variety of sizes and industries, from non-profit organizations, startups and other privately-held companies to public companies.
Ms. Rogerson previously worked in the litigation departments at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in Los Angeles and Miller Morton Caillat & Nevis LLP in San Jose. Ms. Rogerson also served as judicial extern to the Honorable George H. King, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
