Andrew Mailhot focuses his practice on employment litigation and counseling. He has broad experience in California and federal courts defending both single plaintiff employment cases as well as large class action disputes. In addition to handling litigation matters from inception through appeal, Mr. Mailhot has substantial experience advising clients on a wide range of employment law issues such as trade secrets and employee mobility.
Mr. Mailhot previously worked as an employment and commercial litigation associate at Ongaro Burtt & Louderback LLP, and then as a solo practitioner with a focus on employment law and trade secret counseling. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable John M. Dixon, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
